Founded in 2019, our journey began in a cozy corner of Copenhagen with a simple mission: to create coffee that celebrates the
hard work of farmers, the artistry of roasting, and the joy of sharing a perfect cup.
Our coffee starts its journey on carefully selected farms in Ethiopia, where farmers
cultivate the finest beans using sustainable practices. We partner directly with these farmers, ensuring fair wages and supporting
their communities while sourcing beans of exceptional quality.
We use a double-roasting method to bring out deep, complex flavors that highlight the unique
character of its origin. Our small-batch roasting ensures consistency, care, and the perfect balance in every cup.
